The hacienda is nestled in a pristine valley, where the Mallin River winds through the landscape before reaching the fjord. This sanctuary features natural thermal springs and offers world-class fly fishing, horseback riding, trekking, and birdwatching. Guests enjoy authentic gaucho traditions, including the iconic 'asado al palo' barbecue.
After stocking up on fresh provisions, we set sail into the most secluded corners of insular Patagonia. As we voyage further south, the scenery becomes increasingly majestic and untouched.
Upon reaching the lagoon, the San Rafael Glacier reveals itself. Here, we navigate through a kaleidoscope of icebergs, observing leopard seals resting upon floating ice. The vista is truly breathtaking, and to celebrate the journey, you can enjoy a glass of whisky served over ancient glacial ice.
